The United States of America was_ and is, I dare say_ an admirable country in many ways. However in the last 4 years I have found it hard to prevent my level of admiration from dipping, resulting in some unkind thoughts about the land of Abraham Lincoln.. Maybe that will change in a few months. In the meantime here are 3 completely unconnected irreverent epigrams.
